By accessing www.mr-hippocampus.com (hereinafter referred to as "the Website"), you declare that you have understood and agreed to the terms of use and legal notices that refer to this Site. Otherwise, you are required to close the connection of this website.


Delivery


  • The Seller limits its deliveries to EU Countries including Switzerland. Delivery is made directly to the address and contact person provided by the customer.

  • Delivery is subject to timely and correct supply by our suppliers. In the event of force majeure, such as strikes or other industrial action, riots, war, pandemics, natural disasters or blockages in deliveries by the manufacturer and/or subcontractor, the delay in delivery shall not apply or may change. The seller is not liable for delays in delivery attributable to manufacturers or third parties.

  • If not all the flags ordered are available in stock, we are also entitled to make partial deliveries. If, after your order, it becomes apparent that the flags cannot be delivered in whole or in part for reasons for which the seller is not responsible, the customer has the right to withdraw his order.

  • Our performance includes an obligation to ship, and is therefore fulfilled when the flags are handed over to the carrier. After dispatch, the risk of unintentional deterioration and loss of the goods passes to the customer. We accept no liability for any fault on the part of the shipper (Swiss or French Post).

Refund Policy


  • You are obliged to inspect the delivered flag as soon as the usual course of business permits, in accordance with commercial customs, and to notify our customer service department of any damage found at contact@mr-hippocampus.com with a simple picutre and/or description or de problem, failing which the goods will also be deemed to have been accepted in respect of such defects. Acceptance is, in any case, considered present if the customer has not sent a complaint by e-mail to customer service within 5 days of delivery.

  • Defects not visible during the ordinary inspection in accordance with the preceding paragraph must be reported as soon as they are detected by e-mail to contact@mr-hippocampus.com, failing which the goods will also be deemed to have been accepted for these defects.

  • After inspection of any defects or problems you indicate once you have received the package, we will refund the total price paid to the customer's account. The refund is made to the same account of the payment method used by the customer for the purchase, always via Stripe.
